The               group               supports               the               Sacramento               community               through               social               and               educational               venues               that               promote               Living               Foods.

"We               invite               new               people               to               come               to               one               of               our               potlucks               and               bring               a               salad.

               Try               the               recipe               in               the               uTube               video               below               for               raw               pasta,               where               you               make               pasta               from               a               raw               peeled               zucchini               cut               into               noodle               shapes               with               a               spiral               slicer.

Then               make               your               own               Marinara               sauce               with               fresh,               raw               tomatoes,               red               bell               peppers,               and               sun               dried               tomatoes               soaked               in               either               water               or               olive               oil               to               make               them               soft.
               You               add               chopped               garlic               and               some               spices               and               herbs               such               as               basil,               cayenne,               black               pepper               and               oregano               and               put               the               sauce               in               your               food               processor               or               blender.

Then               you               warm               the               flavorful               Marinara               sauce               and               pour               it               over               the               room               temperature               zucchini               now               shaped               like               noodles.
